Location reminders aren't firing
Ensure your Location permission is set to "Always" in iOS Settings. Also check that Background App Refresh is enabled and Notifications are allowed for Pinly.
Quiet Hours aren't working
Open Pinly Settings → Quiet Hours and verify your start and end times. Remember that quiet hours suppress notifications only during that specific window.
How do I restore Pro?
If you reinstalled the app or switched devices, go to Settings inside Pinly and tap "Restore Purchases". Ensure you are signed into the same Apple ID used to buy it.
